On February 8, 2025, the streets of Palm Springs were alive with energy, excitement, and an unstoppable spirit of inclusion and empowerment as UCPIE Team Freedom took on the Tour de Palm Springs!
From the first step to the final mile, our team of walkers, riders, volunteers, and supporters showed up strong—proving that every person, no matter their ability, deserves the chance to participate, move, and thrive.
A Day of Triumph & Teamwork
- Over 200 participants joined Team Freedom, making it one of our biggest teams yet!
- Riders of all ages pedaled on custom adaptive bikes, showing that mobility knows no limits.
- Families, friends, and supporters walked, rolled, and cheered, creating an electric atmosphere of encouragement and joy.
One of the most heartwarming moments of the day was seeing [insert participant’s name] cross the finish line on their brand-new adaptive bike, a life-changing gift made possible by generous donations. Seeing the pride, excitement, and pure joy on their face was a reminder of why we do this!
