  4. For the title, put “I Am Changing Lives” (so that we know you’re raising money for UCPIE!)
  5. For the description of your fundraiser feel free to get creative and write your own, or copy and paste the following:

“In honor of my (birthday, anniversary, wedding) I’m asking for donations to United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire. I’ve chosen this nonprofit because their mission means a lot to me, and I hope you’ll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal. I’ve included information about United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire below.”

UCPIE’s Mission:  To Advance The Independence, Productivity And Full Citizenship Of Individuals With Disabilities

“My goal of $280 sounds like a lot, right? Well, it costs $280 to provide recreational outings for 12 students for one month. Outings that take disabled students out of four walls into the world for amazing times and a bit of fun too! A very small price for independence, adventure, and an opportunity to connect! Together with your support, WE can make a difference! Thank you!”
