This August, we shine a spotlight on the incredible individuals who make our After School Skill Builders program a resounding success. Our dedicated coaches play a pivotal role in helping us realize the mission of UCP of the Inland Empire. To celebrate their hard work and commitment, we recently hosted a Happy Hour event at Applebee’s, complete with baskets of wings for a cause.

Meet Our Amazing Coaches

Armondo Mendez
Mid-Valley: “Most Likely to Have Thought of That”
Armondo is known for his foresight and meticulous planning. In the Mid-Valley area, he anticipates needs and prepares for every scenario, ensuring that our program runs smoothly.

East Valley: “The Heavy Lifter”
In the East Valley, Armondo is the go-to person for any heavy lifting tasks. His strength and dependability make him an essential part of our team, always ready to help carry the load.

Alejandra Cordova
Mid-Valley: “The Traveling Medic”
Alejandra is always equipped with everything from straws to aspirin in the Mid-Valley. Her readiness to share and assist provides comfort and support to everyone around her.

East Valley: “The Energizer Bunny”
In the East Valley, Alejandra’s boundless energy keeps her going and going. Her enthusiasm and stamina inspire both colleagues and students alike.

Carlos Salguerio (West Valley)

Tanya Torres (West Valley)
